Blackheath is a little over two hours by car or train from Sydney CBD, located in a secluded part of Blackheath, however is only a short 10 minute walk through beautiful parks to the centre of the village. The Park is located one kilometre from Blackheath Railway Station.

From Sydney: Take the M4 Western Motorway towards Penrith/Blue Mountains. When you reach Katoomba continue on the Great Western Highway for 10 minutes past Katoomba. When you reach Blackheath turn right at the traffic lights into Govetts Leap Road (main shopping street opposite railway crossing), then take the third street on the left into Prince Edward Street.
From Lithgow / Central West: Follow the Great Western Highway. When you reach Blackheath turn left at the traffic lights into Govetts Leap Road (main street opposite railway crossing), then take the third street on the left into Prince Edward Street.
By Train or Bus to Blackheath
Regular trains and buses service Blackheath from Sydney, departing from Central Station. Train is the most convenient way to travel. The journey is approximately 2hr 20mins. Train tickets can be purchased at Central Station, and you must have one before you board the train.
Walking directions from Blackheath Railway Station
Time: 15 minutes. It is an easy one kilometre walk to the caravan park. From the Blackheath Railway Station, walk up to the traffic lights and then follow Govetts Leap Road (the main shopping street). Turn left into Prince Edward Street and walk down the hill.
